DSM 450 injectors (resistor question)
I understand that the DSM's are peak and hold, while our motors are set up for saturated. What I don't understand is the difference between those 2. Also, I understand I should get...4 10watt 10ohm resistors to run in place of the power wires that go to the injectors to regulate the voltage and whatnot. Its just that I don't want to get this on there, and not know why I need it, or why it doesn't work, or why my engine bay has to look real ghetto with electrical taped resistors running to the injectors. It just sounds kind of un-reliable, can someone help me out? thanks.

you can solder in the 10w 10 ohm resistors in line with each yellow/black wire to the resistor, if you do it right you can get them to tuck right back in with the stock injector wiring, and you can't even see them. I was even able to get the plastic wire "trim" back around all the wiring, can't even tell the resistors are there.

can you get a pic of that? im going turbo on my 92 and im going to have to do this resistor trick..

Just solder the resistors in, seal them with some shrink wrap, then wrap them up in that black plastic fire-proof stuff (can't remember what it's called)...
then tuck them back behind the fuel rail and you can't even see them
