hey guys i need your help. i already posted this in the classifieds, but didnt get much of a response. after much reasearching on him, i see that he posts most frequent in here. anyhow, im having problems reaching him and im think im being scammed out of my 500.00 bucks i sent him. heres the original post he had up.

i sent him money on 4/9 he recieved it on 4/19 and as of now havent heard a word from him. no tracking info or anything. i pm him but he doesnt respond. i dont wanna be a dick and call him a scammer but at this point it seems like he is.
im trying to stay optimistic about things and hope he will send the items as he promised. can anyone help gathering info on him. his name is alex garcia. THANKS

read your thread. I'm sorry to see this kind of thing. You have legal options if you can verify some info on him. Did he cash your money order? Do you have his email address? Chances are if he is indeed in the process of scamming you, he knows he isn't going to be given up by anyone who might know him. Did you report it to a Mod. Hey man, good luck with this; hope you get yours parts or money back, and justice.
