Default Import Tuner dynoed h23!

I was flippin through my newest issue of ImportTuner and was amazed to see a Prelude in the power pages. On top of that, it an H23 w/ 240,000 miles!!! Ok ok i know most of you have given up on the 'ol H23, but the results of the dyno should make us H23 owners proud. W/ a DC header, Skunk2 exhaust, and AEM CAI the lude gained 19.4 WHP at 6200rmp w/ these 3 bolt ons over stock. WITH 240,000 MILES!!! If that isn't a testiment to Hondas motors, I don't know what is. Cheers...

I was hoping that she could be my blower.

That scion was cool, it made an amazing 102.7 whp @ 6100 rpm & 92.2 ft/lbs @ 5100 rpm. That is great considering that it had 90 psi of boost.

I have the issue here...

Starting out-
122.1 WHP (auto)
124.8 lb-ft

After AEM CAI, S2 exhaust, and DC 4-2-1-
134.1 WHP
135.2 lb-ft

At 6200 RPM's it did gain 19.4 WHP, though. They said it was the best they've EVER seen an N/A car respond to mods.....

I don't know man, I have never really held import tuner's dyno sessions with high regard! I mean, all the parts that they test are sponsors so of course they have to show that power is being made! I'd rather turn to the dynos of the members on this board, for the most part they are all unbiased...unless they are sponsored too! hahaha

The guy on PO.com's dyno ...
http://home.earthlink.net/~pat...n.jpg

Over 200k miles, mods:
AEM CAI, DC 4-2-1 CC headers, Greddy SP Cat-Back exhaust, stock cat (test pipe would open it even more)
Stock power (No mods), 133.8WHP @ 5600RPM, 130ft-lbts@4750 rpm.
After mod power: 147.9 WHP @ 6200 rpm, 139.7 Ft-lbs @ 5250 rpm

... Guess this is a couple of those engines that still have good bearings and dont burn so much oil . unlike mine at 125k
