Default I just ordered my Header Tech header.

I just ordered the 1.8ltr stainles steel steppeed header with merge collector. This will be going into an Ls/Vtec with about 12:1 compression. Full ported Alaniz head with competition headwork with skunk2 stag2 cams and skunk2 valvetrain. Along with an STR 70mm TB, skunk2 manifold, hondata manifold gasket, rc 310injectors, new ACT clutch type-r flywheel, B16 tranny, All tuned together with my hondata s200 unit. Going into my gutted 95eg hatch... Hoping to hit the 200hp mark with a good tune, what do you guys think?

sounds pretty sick man, what's your bottom end look like? oem components or forged? i'm lookin at that same header as well for my street del sol with an ls/vtec about the same compression as you got. I hope it does well but watch out for speed bumps, clearence isnt' all that great with headertech.

well bottem end is just oem parts with arp rod bolts. ls rods with jdm p30pistons. Its 11.7:1 with a stock b16 head, but mine is milled 30thousandths from Alaniz, so its at about 12:1 + or - If I can hit some good solid 13sec times, Than ill consider moving up to a b20 block with higher compression. and going with an MB allmotor frontend and doors.

it doesnt seem you should have any problems going deep into the 13's with that setup. 200 whp shouldn't be a problem either. ive got a headertech header and love it.

If he runs on slicks, he will easily hit 12s.

As far as the header goes...good luck. It took HeaderTech 3 month's for me to get mine. Sander has already waited a month for his and still counting.... The wait is definately worth it. Oh, what are they charging for SS headers now?

I have almost the same setup as you except it is sleeved to 84mm with JE 12.5.1 pistons. Im hoping my injectors are big enough. I ordered my HeaderTech header last week also. I spoke to Red over there seemed really cool. So far I give HeaderTech . I hope it gets here soon!! I dont see any problem with you hitting 200hp. Good luck man!!

Well guess what dude, he told me the same thing when I ordered it 5 weeks ago and he charged me. I called today and his telephone is disconnected. No header and no replies to my emails. I'm getting a little pissed off!

Damn it!! I have the wrong base map in my car. It is running like complete garbage.. My exhuast came in today. I need this Header to tune my car. Now Im going to have to tune it with a shitty comptech 4-2-1 header with a small-*** collector. Now I have to tune twice. More money out the window.

Bad customer service = loss of new customers. SMSP takes a long time but at least he is honest with people up front. I don't think most of the people ordering from Header Tech would order another product if Enzo said it was going to take 3 months. There really are not that many more options of quality headers at that price so he has that segment of the market cornered. Just be honest with people.
