I just did this to my car after getting the armrest and middle piece from someone on here. I fits soo good, better then i thought. Everyone should do this mod, it makes the interior much nicer looking, and it is nice having cup holders and extra storage space, will have pics when it stops raining.
not to be a dick or anything, but I constantly wonder why people make posts like this when they dont have pictures already. i dunno, maybe its just me.

yes on 88-91
don't know about 87 and down.
A good nice mod, and better than the $100+ "jdm" armrest.

Btw, this pic was just taken to see how it looks before screwing it down.

Looks great, I have had my ITR armrest for a couple months now, just waiting to find a center console for a good price!
yeah I love mine in my hatch it makes it look newer instead of looking at the carpet i have a Std. so it was a little rubber boot and nothing else.

It would never look right in a CRX without alot of work.

The Integra console does not meet up just right to the lines of the dash in the civic. In my opinion it would be better to buy a dx or si floor console and the radio console extender piece (was an option in 91 and is still available at the honda dealer) and the factory armrest and have at it. It fits correctly just as it should. You will only be out about $100 for the console, $50 for the extender, and about $75 for the armrest. Looks much better and the only sacrifice is cup holders. Who cares bout stupid cup holders anyway? No one should have food or a drink in the car anyway.
i have one for sale
is going right now for $20

it wont bolt into crx's like it would with the hatch's without some fab because of the way the crxs center console are.
but it is a nice mod

Not to sound like an *** or nuthin but I honsetly think mine is one of the best installs I have seen out of all the ones I have seen posted...people get rid of the gaps and make it sit straight come on!

The problem with my car (91 sedan) is the huge seatbelt reels for the shoulder portion. To do this mod, I was told I'd have to have upper pillar mounts welded in for the seatbelt and I'd also have to change both seats making this quite an expensive undertaking....
Yeah, Mestizo - I've got an RT wagon and it's the same. I doubt I could get any armrest in there due to the seatbelt reels.... too bad too, I love having an armrest - no where to put my long *** lanky arms - lol

Man...I would have to agree with you man...your install is one of the best ive seen. Ive always thought the Integra center console didnt fit correctly so I never even bothered. You have just changed my mind.

yeah the center console can be done right, if your really patient, i have an ITR center console assembly, but currently missing the shift boot right now, waiting for it to come in from ebay. red stiching :D. and not to mention that nice saude armrest pad to accomidate the completion :D.
but yeah i love it, more compartments, and man, i can't believe i survived such a long time without an armrest
