I thought this guy was a decent guy to deal with. I bought a steering wheel, glovebox, hatch spoiler from him and got them with no problems. I also bought a passenger side 92-95 cx door from him back in January. He got paid $125 right off the bat through paypal. He then replied to me more than a week later that shipping would be $109, so I paypaled him about $50 more to cover some charges and the steering wheel. Well I have been getting the run around from him since then about my door. He said for the longest time that UPS would not come out and pick the door up. He did offer to give me my money back at the time, but I wanted my door. So, after that he tells me he cant get the door to UPS, then he tells me his grandma died, then about a week and a half ago he tells me they just now got to bury his grandma because the ground is frozen. Personally I think this is all a bunch of **** and I got scammed out of about $150 that I paid him through paypal. He has not returned one PM to me since I asked him for a phone number.

Yes I know he offered to give me my money back way back in the day, but I wanted my door. I have been super cool with him, but now I am not going to be cool with him because he has not returned one email, pm or anything. I paid for the damn door in JANUARY!!!!! It is now 4 months later, I want to see some action. I want my money back or I want my door sent to me in good shape.

This is for everyone to see that NORMAN is a bad seller and a scammer. I regret the fact that I left positive feedback in his vouch thread.

Lets keep this at the top so he can see that I am pissed and am ready to take action against him. I will be reporting him to paypal whether it does any good.

norman is not a bad guy or a scammer he is probanly going thru some emotional **** right now.
but i do see your point because my model is if u have time to sale then u have the time to send my **** nd 3 months is a long time but i believe he will just send u your money back

norman sold me a timing belt he claimed was for a d16z6, and once i got it and checked part numbers it was actually for a d15. Now he refuses to refund my money after I've been asking him to for weeks now. Do not do any business with norman.

 

he was a good guy to deal with at first, but no contact and giving me the run around about my door is a little too much.
I actually feel bad posting this thread, but no action has been taken thus far to get my door.

 

yeah NORMAN owes me some EG kick panels, shift ****, windsheild stripping, and E brake console. he sent me a box with some of the other parts i needed and threw in some extra stuff BUT i didnt need the extra stuff, i need the rest of my parts to finish putting my stripped EG back together

I am telling you, something is not right with Norman. There are some of out here that are still waiting for parts? What gives man?

 

well he kept telling me the other parts would be sent last week, and it just so happens he hasnt been on AIM since then. and he kept telling me the parts were coming so my 30 day paypal limit would be reached, now i'm 11 days too late to try and get my money back


this is the first time i've been scammed on HT, i hope its the last!!!!

I need a door very badly. I am tired of people asking what I hit with my car, I didnt hit anything, it got backed into. I really would like to have my door!!!!!

norman also owes me 25 bucks for some defective speakers he sent me. i've been trying to get my cash for over 3 weeks and he said it was sent out but that was over a week and a half ago...i live in MA, he's from NY so it shouldnt take that long...

 

sounds like we rooted out a scammer! so anyone near ancram ny? I will be more than happy to paypal someone some cash if they can "help" me get my door sent to me. not joking one bit, I want my damn door. I can look around for his address later, if anyone else has it, post it on up. if anyone has a phone number, that would be great too.

 

does anyone know what the policy on posting up someones phone number? I have aquired his phone number through some searching and left him a message. I am reluctant to post it just in case I could get in trouble for it.

For us that got scammed, I am not going to let up until I get a hold of this guy. It would almost be worth the flight over there to meet this guy face to face.

 

I've sent this guy an IM and a PM. I've also changed his signature so that everyone can see this link on his signature as well as on his title. Lets hope that this gets resolved.

called his house and got an answering machine. lets see if I can get ahold of someone tonight. maybe a 3am phone call will get someone at his house.

 

well I got a hold of his mom I think when I called tonight at 6:15 pm PST. She was very polite and took my name and number and what it is regarding. SO at least we know the number I have is correct. When I find out more about giving it out, I will give it to the other people that got scammed.

I am on this, we shall get some results.

 

wow this is weird. i bought some used axles off of him. i got them no problem. hope you guys get your stuff resolved.
