hey,
will a ZC dohc head bolt on to a D16A6 block...........cause there is a guy i can get the head from for like $150 i was wondering.........and i also wanted to know if it will make a noticeable difference. and also what timing belt would i use for it...i need to know asap.................thank you

this ain't like a ls/vtec set up
this both have to of came from a sort of same set up

but even some of the twin cams we can't like the old lude motors they were B series

The head fits just fine, you'd need the intake manifold for it to though because the sohc ones have a different bolt pattern.
Now let me say this. Its not worth it, that head sucks, if you put an obd2 non vtec head on instead, it should cost the same, you use your stock manifolds, you keep your stock dizzy and dont have to rewuire sensors, but most importantly is has a much smaller combustion chamber that will raise compression and it has 1mm bigger valves. That car would be much faster with that head than it would be with some old *** probably warped dohc head.
