Default Choking and dying motor help!

JDM b16a sir2 in an Eg chasis. When at partial throttle in any gear the motor will choke around 3-4k rpm. If i let off the gas then the motor is ok, but if i continue to depress gas the motor will just die. Then it will not start up again. It will just crank but not start until a few minutes later when i try again. I checked my spark plugs and #1 is fine, but 2-4 have burnt oil on the top of the plug that sticks out of the block yet where it actually sparks looks fine. New fuel filter and i cleaned the rail and injectors. Everything is stock and there are no CEL's. If anyone has any idea what could be causing this any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sea Foam Decarbonizer.

Do a search for it.

You might want to check if the vacume house right on the back of the motor is hooked up.. Or maybe a fuel pump is going bad.??? just some stuff you might want to check out.

If it IS oil, you may have blow-by (which means the oil is escaping past the rings and onto the pistons which would foul your plugs.) You can verify if it is by checking the compression in the pistons with a compresion tester, or look for blue smoke, but the comp-tester is the best method.

Thanks for those ideas, my vacume hoses are fine. I will plan to do a compression test and check my fuel pump now. And I wasn't able to find anything about Sea Foam Decarbonizer in any search here, but thanks for the help Spade.
