Ugh another question about my stupid car.....
I flushed my motor cuz it was louded with grim and dirt and dryed oil and what not and i filled it back up with oil and new oil filter and when I went for a drive and came back because we didnt fix the problem we pulled the oil filter off and it was completly dry no oil at all....whats that mean? does it mean the oil pump is bad and not pumping any oil into the upper parts of the motor
Yes i know ive posted about a dozen times aobut this but different crap keeps going wrong and what not

Could be the oil pump, do you have a check light? or a oil light on? When you turned the car off did you have a full tank of oil? Or are you missing some and have a leak somewhere?
Yeah the oil light coems on goes off comes on and sometimes flickers.and it was close to full we never fill it up all the way though, and yes i do got a leak
Take a picture and we could help you better.
If its all around the oil pan though then you might have a broken gasket. Clean up wherever theres oil and see where the leak is.
But im not sure if that leak would cause problem to not have oil in the oil filter.

I'll tell you what happened. Those engine cleaners are not good for your engine at all. If you read the back, it reccomends that you take off your oil pan and clean out all the gunk it broke loose. Well, it should not be reccomended, it should be required. The problems is probably this. You realeased all the gunk from your engine, and it is now in the bottom of your oil pan. This then clogs up your oil pump and starves your engine of oil. It happens all the time. Drop your pan and see.

question, i got a b16 and was boosting now got a blown ring. deciding of inexpensive way to lower my compression but any ideas? and would ls pistons and rod work in my block (b16)
Its not that..... The Problem started a like 4 weeks ago, and we decided to flush it and see if we could unclog some of that stuff and it worked for about 5 miles then it started happening again...and we did take the oil pan off and we cleaned the oil pan. The oil Pick up has stuff on the screen so i know its probably the oil pump clogged or just bad
