They're a good choice if you have a reason to run a 14" wheel, considering their lightweight - assuming you're talking about the this style (preferably in hollow-spoke form)

Keep in mind that you'll have to have the hub bore machined to fit a honda.

i can vouch for this statement. i saw first hand what happens when you put miata rims on a civic, and it wasnt good.
say you get the hub bored out, would everything else be pretty much equal to a civic rim??

Actually im talking bout the other rims the ones made by enkei i think. im getting a good deal for the they are also prebored to fit a civic. I am also choosing 14" rims because tires are cheap and my job doesnt pay me enough. So a 5.5 width rim will still perform good right?

these ones?
i've seen some civics use them. gotta have them prepped for the hub, like they say.

Yeah, the hub bore is a huge issue. I put Miata wheels with snow tires on my brother's Mirage at the start of winter without knowing the size was too small, and I drove it less than 5 miles before I knew something was horribly wrong and turned around. I thought the car was going to fall apart on me!

those are the very hard to come by BBS wheels that came on miata R's. super lightweight (~8lbs) and strong.
i have a set of those sitting at my friend's shop. debating whether or not I want to use them in some capacity.

I paid $160 to bore out 4 Miata wheels at a local machine shop.
I believe they're all made by Enkei. I have the first ones pictured above and they say Enkei on the back.
