which J's racing intake for a b-series EF?
my battery is already relocated and I have a b-series in my 91 hatch.
J's racing makes thier carbon fiber intake for the EG and for the Type R. Can I use the Type R one?
I know there was some dude on here who had a J's intake, but I'm not sure for what car.

Same here. I'd like to know too. I have a similar setup. 89 CRX, B18C1 motor
battery in back hatch area.

HMM really? but I heard of people using modified Type R intakes like from AEM for my setup so wouldn't the J's racing intake be similar enough to a intake from AEM to modify the same way?

I don't see any similiarities in those two intakes, the J's intake is rather fat, I think you might be better trying to use a EG one. This is just my opinion, I am pretty sure J's makes one for the CRX, they have a time trial CRX. I don't know if you have seen it, but I believe they have a separate one for CRXs, if not I am sure a little modification on the EG one would work.

J's Racing in Japan, has a track CRX. I don't know if you go through Option or Rev/Speed magazines. J's make a lot of parts for cars people don't really know about. I believe you could make one fit, but I am not totally sure. You guys say you have moved your battery, so I am thinking you have plenty of space to make it work. I would go ahead with using the EG one if I were gonna fabricate it to work.

i am about 93.4% sure jdmthoughts has it right..the EG6 intake looks like the one in the EF8(J's racing/KONDOH CRX)although the pics i have(OPT2 magazine/march 04)the battery has been relocated...i'm sure if you already have a hook-up for J's parts they will know for sure
I would rather use the ITR designed one than an EG designed one because it was designed for the motor that I am using (b18cR).
I think that we have generally concluded that the EG one will fit...but does anyone know about the Type R one?
