WTT: 1994 coupe for clean EF hatch

WTT: 1994 coupe for clean EF hatch
First, what I have:
Teal Green 1994 Honda Civic DX 5 speed coupe
Within the last 10K miles the Timing Belt, Water Pump, Head Gasket and complete cylinder head have been replaced. 137K miles on it, a little rear quarter panel rust (common on all 92-95 Hondas) The motor in it right now is the non vtec, SOHC D15b7.
Upgrades:
All aftermarket stereo with Kenwood head unit.
P and P head, 3 angle valve grind, Turbo cam, cam gear, Intake, short shifter, Ecu chipped. Lowered 1.8 inches on Eibach sportlines.
I was going to turbo this car until recently. I have a complete turbo kit except for manifold ready to bolt right up. The turbo kit will not be included in this trade unless requested and the kit is worth around $800. I was going to try and sell this car and get $3500 for it without the turbo. I have 2 complete sets of wheels. Some 14 inchers with snow tires on them and some 13 inchers with summer tires. Both sets would be included in this trade.
What I am looking for:
Clean, low mileage, well taken care of EF hatch with good maintenance and good body/engine. Preferably a CD player and aftermarket speakers. Post if you're interested.
