Dont let all those home town homeys influence you. I live in a town full of homo hondas. I got smart and got rid of my 17's. My car stands out in my town, and who cares if people say "why didnt you get 17's". Go with the 15's if its not too late

That is just your opinion. Different strokes for different folks. I agree that 17's look too big, but 16's look just fine with a 205-40-16 on there. Get whatever you want man. Don't get 15's if you don't want them just because they are the 'in' thing to get right now. Seems like people jump on and off bandwagons all the time around here.

well i guess i am not as cool as the rest of you people who are "DIFFERENT" and all have 15 inch wheels.....I also like how this forum was designed to help give advise to people with hondas i ask a simple enough question that i am sure alot of you have dealt with and i get a bunch of smart *** comments and jokes it's cool though. i am glad that the honda community is so tight nit and willing to lend a helping hand

Well, if you have already bought the rims and tires, just put them on and raise the car up to where you want it. Simple enough, eh? Good luck.

I have a 92 VX with 17" volk GTP's w/ 205/40/17's on it. I dropped it approx. 2.5"...maybe a tiny bit more... Keep in mind that i also had to cut the insides of the fenders out, and I also got a camber kit for the front and rear. I'm riding on skunk2 coilovers w/ yellow koni's if that helps.

Personally, i don't think they look too big, if done tastefully, and you get the right offset. Although, right now, i might be looking for 16" rims so i can go w/ a meatier tire.

Hope that helps. good luck

why is everyone telling him to sell his wheels? maybe he wants 17's. it's just that with that size tire, you may have a bad rubbing problem. i had 215/35/18's on my coupe a while back. they rubbed on hard turns. it's all about what you want. don't worry about everyone else.

17" Volks on that HB flows really well. I say go with coilover suspension and adjust accordingly--a bit of a hassle but if you want perfection...
