There is usually a pestky ground wire on the back-sde of the tranny side of the motor near the starter. Make sure your starter has the power wire connected. Check your connections at the under-hood fuse box. When you turn the key, can you hear the fuel rail being pressurized?

I can hear my fuel rail build pressure, And still no fire, on my ignitor, which i cant seem to find, In my distributor, I replaced my coil, and stilll I do not see what they are talking about, this is a d15b7 with a 1.5 top , along with a 1.5 dist. seems like it is so simple but I still cant figure it out, Im in need of some seriouzsa help, And do you mean the ground wire that sits on the thermostat housing, I secured that , but have found no more wires?????????????????

The ignitior is in the dizzy under the coil. it's alittle grayish box with 3 wires coming out of it. Pull out one of your plugs and try the start the car, see if you're getting spark to that plug. That'll help us narrow it down to an igntion problem if so.

Also did the spark deal, and we held all the plug wires and no spark, also removing the sparkplugs and leaving connected, still no spark. Seems like I have all the right voltages, and every thing ohms out to spec, but all in all it seems as if it were not recieving the signal to send the discharge to the plugs?
Any advice would help..

check your fuses and relays, All of them...

it might be a problem with the ignition switch

I checked the main relay and even tested it outside the car to see if it would turn on, it did but the problem is that when I plug it in and turn the key on it does not activate. Since the reay is not turning on the fual pump is not on either. I think this is somehow related to the computer not turning on either. Where does the main relay get its power to activate?
