Not always true. We are a little cheaper in price from others because we have a very efficient process for sleeve install, plus we make everything in house, so we do not have to pay the exorbitant prices for sleeves from a 3rd party. All of the install is done on a CNC in about half the time it takes someone to do it manually, plus......well....it is CNC, can't beat that with a stick! We have been around for a long time and have revised sleeving to an art. No guess work, just guaranteed sleeving time after time.

And who told you that? a Darton user? I bet that you've never even seen a GE sleeve or you wouldn't of made such a dumb *** remark.

exactly what process do you use? do you hammer the sleeves in, or do you hot tank the block and cool the sleeves and press them in, like benson?

I really shouldn't answer here, because I have never used Darton sleeves, but after at least 20 GE sleeved blocks I have never had a problem. I hope this helps. Spend the exta time and money to get them "o" ringed.
There is a famous saying in sales
" All things being equal I'll shop at the cheaper place"
The only problem with that is Darton has no equal!
Darton produces the strongest Ductile Iron in the world hands down!
8 out of the top 10 NHRA Funny Car Teams and 8 out of the 10 top Top Fuel Teams use Darton Sleeves.

just a couple thoughts. we arent top fuel drag teams.
i chose GE through jeff at IB due to the price ($750 installed and shipped back) and the fact that they have a sleeve thats more than enough to handle my all motor needs.
even if i was forced induction, MOST racers out there dont need the missle proof sleeves that is provided by darton. im not saying u guys arent good darton. just saying that with cost in mind my money goes to GE.
both companies get my
