Default timing marks on cam

i just got a d15b7 and it didnt have a timing belt on it and the cam and crank are off so i was wondering where the timing marks are on the cam. ok i see the word up, and i see the marks on the left and right side which are suppose to aligned with the top of the head, then i see another arrow on the bottom of the cam gear with an arrow on the timing cover pointing toward the cam gear, but when i aligned the left and right marks, the bottom line doesnt match with the bottom arrow. if i align the bottom arrow, the left and rights dont match. so can you help me and tell me whicn marks to use so i can put my timing belt back on and the timing wont be off
