I've got a 98 Civic coupe and I'm in the market for some exterior modification. (I messed up my front bumper and wanna do sumthin different.) I picked up some EK9 fenders from my local JDM importer. ($75 for the pair, perfect shape, steal of a deal, I know.) I have some 99 headlamps lying around... is the bumper itself different? As far as fitment is concerned. I actually like the 96-98 dx bumper I have. I think the 99-00 bumpers look funny with the side vents. I pretty sure I need a new hood, considering mine is crinkled. (plus the 99-00 lights ar different along that body line) Anyways, any ideas, suggestions, etc?

 

Since you're a noob we'll go easy on ya! You need to learn the way of the Search function before you post about something so simple. All you really need is 99-00 hood, fenders, bumper, headlights. And you should be golden. BTW, welcome to H-T

 

you will need the 99-00 grill as well.

 

the hardest part of that conversion is moving your mouse to the search link up top and doing the actual search,..other than that,..its easy

Really? I thought that you could use the 96-98.... Jk, I just thought that was kinda obvious since its attached to the bumper.
