FS: Mugen Gen 1 Rear Strut Bar for DC2, EG, EK
I'm selling my 1st Generation Mugen Rear Strut bar.
It's in good condition. It has wear along the bar, nothing drastic, just usual marks from loading/unloading the car full of tires/tools/etc.
Edit - It's scratches up as you can see in the picture, but no gouges or chips, etc.
This is the two piece bar that Mugen no longer makes. IMO it is stronger than the one piece bar they make now, but I can't prove that.
Price - $200 + shipping.
Trade possibilities: The only trade I'd consider would be for four 205/50/15 Kumho MX (preferred) or Falken Azenis with 80% or more tread.
I don't have a digital camera - but will do my best to get a picture up today/tommorrow.
I would like to sell this very soon. Thanks!

Gen2 is one piece. More talk about that here: https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=1
Gen1 is two.... I'll do my very best to get a picture up ASAP.
I'm at work now, and have to track down a camera - so maybe i'll have one up tonight.

Ok. this isn't my bar, but it shows the difference between a Gen1 and Gen2 bar.

Gen 2 (bottom bar)

The rear bar?
It uses two nuts/bolts on each shock tower, and two nuts and bolts to hold the two pieces together.
I think you are talking about the front... I'm selling the rear.

No, I'm talking about the Mugen Gen1 Rear strut bar. I just picked one up two days ago. It bolts to each shock tower with 2 bolts, then there is a bracket that goes down and bolts to these other existing brackets located near the shock tower....well at least in my car....see check it out..

I guess the Mugen Gen 1 bar was meant for EK, because my EK came stock with those brackets.
