Default Rear windshield wiper cover Part #???

Does anyone know the part # to cover the hole of the rear windshield wiper? I want to remove it cause I don't use it and it looks a lot cleaner.

There are two ways you can do it. You can use the metal cap or use the rubber grommet in the firewall.
