Hood Lock Hole Placement???

Just got in my CF hood. Where do the hole line up on the frame? Where should I drill the holes on the hood?

use the hood bumpstop between the front headlights

Or in the support over the headlight.
Leave the pins up too high and put a dab off shoepolish ontop off them.
The pull you hood down, where there is shoepolish on the inside off your hood, drill a hole.
