Best 14" Tire for the money???
Azenis.
With that said, I don't like them much. They're very noisy IMHO. They are the stickest tire and for under 50 bucks a tire, you can't really beat it.

For what?
There is no one single tire out there that is the "best" for everything.

i like the yoko ES100s...they're good in summer and alright in rain...and from what i hear..terrible in winter...but hey..you win some..lose some..muhaha
well i have the es100 on my hx rims and they have been great so far. they seem ok for the rain. at least i didnt hydroplane. ive never driven with azenis so i cant say but all i hear is good things aobut their dry grip. but they suck in any kind of wet supposedly. they are both about the same price so its up to you.
