state ref... I passed, got my sticker! woohoo
were you ordered to do it, or did you just want to see if you could pass? Either way, sounds like you should have passed with the mods you have. It doesn't sound like you have anything that you should stress about. Either way Good work

Yes, but it's also the same code for the GSR equivalent in Japan.

maybe and maybe not, i mean this guy knew a lot of things about hondas, he was even talking about ls/vtecs, k20s, cams etc... he and his assistant spent a good 20 minutes visually inspecting the car w/ a flashlight. But you guys gotta understand, this guy was very cool and very informative in a good way. maybe he let the header slide.
for the peeps that want to know where this station is, I dont know if i should expose it here @ H-T.
by the way i only paid $38 for the smog+ cetificate

Not to sound ignorant or anything, but what is a "ref"? I lived in Cali. (Orange Co.) a while back but I didn't drive then. I've seen this many times before but for some reason it's buggin' me tonight

California state referee, its where you take your car when you get a motor swap and want to get it legalize. Having a certified swap basically takes a lot of pressure away, i mean you dont have to worry about where to smog or smog hook ups, and especially cops.

the station i went to was alwso extremly cool. although it took me two times to pass, i still only paid 38 dollars. the head guy at the place i went to said "well i just put that your motor was a 94 it makes everything easier." i was like **** ya doesn't matter cause thats what it is.
i went to ReF station off of power inn. anyone who knows were that i would go there.
