-Parts: 4 Actually pretty knowledgeable. Descriptions of an insignificant part dont take forever, the parts guys all seem to have experience in service as well. They dont have an attitude, and aren't unfriendly. Prices are about average.

Ardmore Acura, Ardmore
-Sales: 2 - Total dipshits. Cocky, "buy a car or leave" attitude. Offer no help...pretty worthless. Only reason they dont get a 1 is because they havent dicked me over.
-Parts: 4 - Not knowledgeable at all, but no bullshit attached. They also have a great selection in stock and have great prices. You know what you want, go in, chances are they have it, pay and leave.

prices with Acura of Newport & Inskip's is cheaper.

-Sales: 1 - Worst sales experience of my life. Sold a car right out from under me when I went in to sign the papers on a deal we had agreed upon the night before. Because someone offered a couple hundred more, and never notified me. Awful. The ******* name was "Shams" for christs sake.

-Service: 3
-Bodyshop: 5
-Sales: No experience

"Service is good depending on who you get. My guy was sick for 2 days and my car sat on the lot for 2 days b/c no one else could help me. One service guy (not mine) was quite the a$$ hole for some reason. Perhaps he was about to retire. The body shop was fantastic. Kept me updated on the status of the car via e-mail. Did a great wash too after my deer damage got fixed. Overall = pretty good."

Radley Acura
-Sales: 5. They were the only people I could find who would sell the ITR under $24,500. Extremely nice sales rep.
-Parts: 5 - What other parts counters stay open past midnight? Awesome. Who cares about prices and service when you can go in at 11PM to get a desperately needed part.

-Bodyshop: No experience
-Sales: No Experience
"Took my car in to get raddling noise inspected. They replaced the A-pipe right away, with no hassles. The service team is efficient. The place is crowded and needs a facelift though."

Doesnt really apply here, but Ive never been to a dealer for my R. And now that Im much more familiar with the inner workings of the car, and have H-T and Helms as a reference, and have had overall crappy relations with dealerships in the past, I dont think Ill ever go to ANY dealer again(unless I get a new car that needs possible warranty work).

Sales haven't tried but recommend them to everyone based on how they're run
All in all they get my vote for best damn dealership period

I hate most dealerships and especially salespeople but, if I was to buy a Honda I'd buy from Manchester and if an Acura definitely from Schaller again.

Thank God I have good friends that help me with maint, & repairs.

Service - 1 - Gave me huge runaround when I had a hesitation problem (later traced to the distributor), said it was b/c of the (Mugen!) header I had.

In Toronto, Sure many other T.O. owners will likely chime in, we DO have some BAD dealers here (In the G.T.A.) from what I've heard...but I've been pretty happy with this one:

Now as for Honda dealers, the one I visit here locally IS:

Just go there out of sheer Necessity!!!! I DON'T run NAPA, UAP, AutoPro, Canadian Tire Aftermarket ****!!!!
I hear Formula and #7 Honda are excellent though...


In General, sounds as if Honda/Acura could STILL do a LOT to improve their after sales/service image...
