Console comes with the mounting bracket, Shift Boot has a metal bracket attached to the bottom of the boot.

More than likely you can just pull out the stock shift boot, swap the metal mounting plates on the bottom of the boot with the DC2 one and Remount it. I've had a few people do that with EG's and Various Hondas.

How much for shift boot shipped to 96768? It's in hawaii, so it's gotta be one of the higher up shipping options... Parcel post takes about 4-6 weeks...
