Yes, This is a USDM ITR ecu, and it will work just fine, you can choose to run this ecu with out an immoblizer and you will have a constant CEL, but outside of that the car will run with out issue, although you can have a perfectly running ecu with no CEL's if you desolder your stock immoblizer and solder it in to this ecu board.

well its a little more complicated than that.
but you can have your immoblizer system still, you just need to de solder your stock immoblizer and just solder it in to this ecu, its really not that bad.
