Depending on what you're looking for and what you're looking to spend this is the order I would go in... #1 AEBS, #2 RS, and #3 GE... Don't get me wrong, they all will work about the same and I like them all... There's just little stuff I like about the machining... Definately talk to Tom

if you are on a budget, I'd recommend Brad Z at http://www.hondaraceengines.com. He uses the same sleeves as RS Machine and is an awesome guy to talk to.
