To save me the trouble of searching....and I don't even know what to search for....
I'm starting to see posts about K motors going into Civic/Integras. A while ago, it was the general consensus that this wasn't going to work because the engine spins the opposite direction that our normal B/D series.
What makes it work now? Some new magical tranny part that reverses everything?

You're thinking to hard bro, the K tranny accompanies the engine. It makes no difference what chassis it is in, the computer matches the engine, that's all that matters.

I don't know if it is spinning the other direction, but I do know that it is simply mounted the way a transverse inline should logically be mounted: intake in the front, exhaust in the back.

Haha. Yeah....I know. But I mean, how does the tranny spin the wheels. Does the car have 6-speeds of reverse? Because the tranny also spins the axles in the opposite direction, doesn't it?
Wait a second....I am thinking too hard now. Forget it.

i wanna see a k20 in a CRX
i wanna see a k20 in a CRX
since the motor rotates in a different direction, the transmission is located on the driver side rather than the passenger side.
I swear I saw an ad for Hasport K20 into EG mounts in a magazine this month.

Just because the motor spins in a different direction, that wouldn't make the tranny spin the wheels backwards. You guys are over analyzing this. The k series motors will need to be mounted just like they are in the RSX. The transmission is already on the opposite side.
