New 2001 GSX-R600
I just took it for a test drive, all I can say is "wow". This bike is super fast, I could barely take it to 6k before the gforce would start to wear me down.
I don't understand how people can think 600's are slow, sure, 1000's are faster, but who the hell needs the speed of a 1000?

Well it depends on where you live really....if you in a place such as alberta where the roads are straight from one end of province to another then why the hell not have a 1000, lower revs and you can go way faster, but if you on a twisty road or mountainous area then hell yeh, 600's are the way to go quick as hell plus awesome in corners cause you can basically throw then around...nice bike man, enoy, i'm sure you will , keep the rubber side down hah

Yeah but F4i's aren't as fast as gixxers either
just playing, around here it's kind of hard to ride fast though because there's a lot of hills and windy roads. I'm going skiing tomorrow but on tuesday when I get the bike insured and registered I'm going to take it out on the main roads and check out its straight line acceleration.
Today I was just riding it through the neighborhood.

We have a 1975 CB200, 97 Integra Type-R (currently getting rebuilt from salvage), a 95 GSR with 2000 body which is getting traded for a 2000 Si (has c5 swap) soon, a 2001 S2000, the GSX-R600, and a 97 DX 4 door automatic.
I still need a car cause my dad won't drive his S2000 daily, hopefully brother will let me drive his Si most the time (he said he would) haha I guess I'll have to give in and let him ride the gixxer too.
By the way the GSR isn't insured and so I can't drive that...

What do you mean "we"? What do you and your whole family pool all the money and just swap cars between everyone? Geez in that case I have an 03 Pathfinder, 01 Pathfinder, 01 Tacoma 4x4, (2) 00 Si's, an 86 Accord beater, 91 Toyota P/u beater, 01 GSXR-600, and a Yamaha Blaster. But seriously congrats on the bike
I have a gix too. Just a word of advice though get rid of the rear blinkers theyre fugly and put the rear cowl on there w/ an undertail kit. It really cleans it up.

He was asking about the cars at my house, only the GSX-R600 is mine, I can drive the civic whenever I want too.
I don't know why it matters, I can drive any of the cars I want including the S2000 (my dad doesn't want to put miles on it so not often).

I only brought it up b/c I thought you were claiming or atleast going along w/ the notion that everyone here thought all the vehicles were yours (read faramarz's post). And as far as why it matters, well it's different when they are actually your toys and not dad's. Even though he lets you borrow them whenever you want.
**Edit your sig also purveys the image that all the vehicles are "yours"

Thanks, I like the undertail kit it has on it, I'm gonna keep it the way it is for a while until I get a job then I'll think about something else.
