hey what is the difference between a sprung disc and unsprung disc? well besides the obvious like 1 has springs and the other doesnt...

unsprung discs have heavy pedal effort. sprung discs such as a stock clutch is easy on the calf muscles

no that would be the pressure plate
the difference is the initial shock to the transmission
sprung hubs are made for a "easier" release
so not as much finessing is required
unsprung hubs are mostly intended for race use only
and require a lighter foot in traffic and every day driving
because they require more pedal control i would not reccomend getting
one of these if you are planning on using this every day
unless you like to work a lot to drive
which some people do
