I know that I can't, he has been paid for over a week almost two now, and still has not sent my parts, he does not returna ny of my mailings and when he does he says "I just got them boxed up and they are ready to go out tomorrow" Yet no tracking number and no more communication. His signature says"THere are bad seller but there are bad buyers". I Guess that is me because I bought from him.

sorry to hear man, gotta watch who you buy from.. scammers must die.
If you got his address call the police and make a report on him.. else if there's a large amount of money involved take it to claims court, they'll take care of it for you. they send a letter to him saying he must show up, or there's a warrant for his arrest. So if he ever gets pulled over and they run his name, he doesn't pass go, doesn't collect 200, goes straight to jail.

 

I have heard a few good and bad things about Mike (salbaje). I bought some tranny internals from him in december. He shipped them out in a matter of a week.

The state of Kansas (small claims) has no jurisdiction outside of Kansas. He would not go to jail unless he was pulled over or discovered in Kansas.

 

I can vouch for him.. i have purchased from him and he has sent me the parts as he said. I hope your deal doesn't go wrong with him i hope its just time that he needs. goodluck.

That's doubtful that he sent them out. I've been told that several times from him already. Now, its three months after I paid him and I still don't have it.

 

i could vouch for him. but there is another bad post going on about him.

 

Ill vouch once again that he is bastard scam artist.

Just got my package today And I am real pleased of the condition it is in... I'll vouch for salbaje

 

He did send it on the 5th and I got it 2 days later. It took around two weeks or more for this whole transaction. once we setteled on a price I paypal'd him within 5 minutes and he said he would ship them shortly........shortly is over a week later. he is wanting positive feedback but I am not going to say that he is great, but I won't say that he is terrible. I did get the product but it took to long with no communication from him.

 

ordered a b series bracket but he sent the wrong one, he is going to refund me.... he did send it out like he said priority 2 days
