i'va used and installed quite a few Fidanza flywheels with no problems, been very happy.i believe Fidanza makes Clutchmasters' flywheels also.
pretty much any reputable manufacturer's flywheel should be good, and all that i've seen are stock spec as far as the shoulder height and everything else,so they can be used with any clutch.

I have installed about 10 of the ACT Xact forged chromolly FWs. they are really nice and are reasonably priced IMO. AASCO, CM, spoon etc... don't compare for the $

the one i got with my motor looked completely trashed - heat spotted like crazy. just took the sander pad air tool thingy to it and walaa, a perfect flywheel.

You should have a machine shop lathe it for you...

And make sure they balance it afterwards...

Also don't go too light with that... if you shave off too much material it loses a LOT of it's integrity..

My buddy has a stock "shaved" flywheel in his VW... it's a little too light and it combined with a larger TB makes his car stall when it tries to drop into idle.

They work but aren't ideal... I'd spend the money if you can.

The lightest flywheel I've seen is the Comptech flywheel. It weighs around 6.5lbs.
Not sure about the price.

no,it's the FMAX kit-T3/T4,not sure what trim.everything i've ever read points to super-light flywheels being an advantage with turbos.

I have the act streetlite(12 Lbs). reliable, but really didn't notice difference in throttle response or noticeable power gains between it and stock. If i could do it again i would go prolite(8 lbs.)
