I finished my conversion but i want to get hid headlights. right now i have non hid headlights. i read somewhere that the radiator supports are different for both. if thats true, would i still be able to fit the hid headlights without modification?

its the same..hid or non hid headlights will fit.it will be a lil tight with the hid headlights but will fit due to the hid housing.

If you have AC the HID ballasts will not go right in. You have to carefully rebend your AC lines to make the lights fit flush. You might also have a problem with the ballast rubbing against the washer fluid bottle. The jdm R's have a different washer bottle for the 98Spec and newer.

yup thats true. i had to do that with my jdm front end. i had to bend the ac lines and remove the washer fuild.

cant you just take it out, make it busted in a bit and fit it back over the back of the light

 

does anyone know what type of bulb the hid housing is? non hid is 9006 correct?

 

Bulb is stock D2S bulb. You can get them from ebay, or from you local Honda dealer. Its the same bulb that the s2k uses
