What does the Beaks or BSQ kit look like and whats the difference?
This may be a stupid question but I've been considering getting an ITR swaybar for my car.
I know I need the reinforcement kit but whats the difference between the Beaks kit and the BSQ kit?
Anyone got pics of what they look like?
Thanks

BSQ looks good, and I like the idea of buying something someone on the boar sells.
I've looked for the Beak's, and I can't find it anywhere. Just install instructions.Any clues where I can find it?

I have the Beaks kit which I used w/ my ITR Swaybar. The Beaks kit reinforces the inside and outside of the subframe for even more protection than the BSQ kit. Bret is a very intelligent/informative guy and he seems to have had no problems w/ his car and his method is very inexpensive. I bought the Beaks kit just for the extra protection, because what is another $20-30 considering the cost to fix subframe tearout. Good Luck either way.
Try this e-mail: BeaksProducts@hotmail.com. I installed the Beaks kit and have no problems. Beaks kit cost me $60 from tegsportracing.com. The site looks like it has changed so try the e-mail address for info.
BSQ Kit
14 AutoX events and counting. No signs of tear-out.
Also I believe BSQ uses a steel plate and Beaks uses aluminum.

i hope another big argument doesn't ensue, but you really can't go wrong with either kit. it's more of a preferance situation. some (like me) feel that the BSQ kit more than gets the job done. Others feel that the added surface area provided by the Beaks kit is worth the extra money. it's up to your own tastes really.
Beaks kit. There is a matching threaded plate on the other side.
beaks is what i have and still no problems
Geratol and 2kbill: Thanks for the posting up the pictures. It is very helpful to see the difference between the two reinforcement kits.
However, the Beaks kit does look like there is alittle more support.
Where can I purchase the Beaks kit and whats the price for the Beaks kit and BSQ kit?

The Beaks kit was 60 and the BSQ kit 20.
You should look over the install directions for the beaks kit vs. the BSQ kit. Last time I recalled, the BSQ kit was easier to install.
