Does anybody know where the frame sliders on a 2003 Honda 600RR are installed?
I just got some Lockhart Phillips Inlay Frame sliders for my 03 600RR. Im too cheap to have them installed. The instructions are very vague and have no illustrations. Can someone please help me? Thanks...
Have you tried http://www.600rr.net/ ?
I know for my bike I had to remove one of my engine bolts and reinstall using the supplied bolt for each side. Also, I had to drill through part of the fairing so the frame sliders would fit. Do you have a hole saw? I think 1.75" might be enough clearance, but mine is 2". Leaves a little bit of room around the slider, but it's not that noticeable.

Yup, you gotta chop a hole in your fairings. If yer not sure about being able to do it right get someone to do it for you.

That's my buddy's RR. You can see the sliders there. Moriwakis. If you need upclose shots, I can snap some.
