My Dyno Spoon vs Mugen (p08/p28 chipped ecus)
What kinda motor do you have in the 92 SiR? I see that there's a x-over at 5,700rpm. I thought Mugen allows a lower x-over point and rev 'til 9100 rpm. And, why is the spoon ECU giving the same x-over as Mugen? Is that supposed to be like that?
its a JDM B16A (all stock) minus the ECU/header/exhaust -intake is a JDM box with a Monster Sport filter (old and dirty) but then it shows a difference there too, with and without the filter....
spoon ecu is street setup type OBDI P30 (JDM) purchased from spoon
mugen: thats becuase this has been slightly altered....meaning that i didn't want to overrev it 9100rpm=serious spring bind, plus soon to be running CTR/ITR cams, means that any lower vtec RPM will bog the car and loose power... but then i'll try different vtec switch with the same ecu...
