Stock CRX Spring rates?
Depends on what your looking for, just to lower for a daily driver I think there around 350 but I'm going to go 450f/900r because mine is for drag racing and only see's the street once in a great while
I'm planning on running the H&R Race Springs with Tokicko blues and Suspension Techniques sways. The H&R's are rated at 470lb/in front and 360lb/in for the rears. They were the stiffest "spring" ie. not coilover setup that I was able to find. I think those rates will work well for autocross and street, any opnions?

470 is a little high for Tokico blues, you'll need revalved Koni's for that. Anything over 400 should use revalved Koni's.
Cheers,

I'm not sure what the rate for the CR-X is, when I called Eibach they didn't have a listing for the rex spring rates. The Integra kit is 335LB front and progressive from 125-195LB for the rear. I'm ASSuming that the rates will be higher on the Integra kit than the CR-X kit.

Is that to give more understeer from factory?</TD></TR></TABLE>
The weight distribution is toward the front of the car so the springs need to be stiffer to compensate for that.

tail happy how? just wondering under what circumstances this would occur with stiffer rear springs.
