Default almost through with my new manifold

still have to weld on the wastegate flange and do some cleanup work in the collector, but other than that, it is pretty much done.you will see the mockup turbo laying on the ground below the manifold.don't pay any attention to it.it is just lying there.

Humm I was wondering the same thing, but the oil return line will still be pointing down to the pan. I don't think it will do to much harm.

He said the turbo is just lying there. You can see the flange in the pic. I didn't see any imports when I was down in Al this summer. But I did see your car at the Bristol NOPI turbotyper.

thanks guys! won't be mass producing them.for it to be profitable for me,they would cost to much.not to mention.that it would take a little work to get it inthe car.(smaller fan,re-route a/c line, etc.)

looks really good man
What size bends did you use>? what are the radius'?
I am considering doing something similar on my car.
It seems like a bitch to get in some of the spots to weld it up.
I was looking at your other pics and it seems you ended up having to make some changes from the last post?

the bends are 16 gauge 321 stainless.i used 4 2.5" clr,4 3" clr, and 1 1.5" for the wastegate .i did have to make a few changes from the last pics.basically only on the number three runner.it had to kick out a little more to make the tight bend it needed.i think number four had to have a small straight piece as well
