13mm SI rear sway bar
Finally putting it on. Can someone please tell me what size and type of bolts are used for the mounting brackets to the subframe.

don't know what to say to help you, I bought a suspension techniques front and rear sway bar kit for my car. came with all the bolts brackets and bushings i needed. cost me over 2 bills but oh well i bent the front stock bar so felt what the hell why not go bigger and better and why not get a rear so that's my story and i'm sticken to it
Did you use the factory mounting holes on the subframe for the rear sway bar?? If so, then what size bolts did you use?
I was going to go bigger but I saw what can happen to the subframe with a big BAR. I think it was a 22mm with the beaks kit that tore off with a chunk of the frame. I also so another one in person a while ago, didn't look like fun for the owner. My civic is straight daily driver and I couldn't afford for something like that to happen so I'm playing it safe with the 13mm.

Here's a diagram with a complete list of the SI anti-roll bar parts. Hopefully, this helps answer your question.
Edit: Bottom part thats covered says "Bolt, Flange (8x18) Qty (4)"
Bolt #36 mounts the bracket to the subframe. However what the diagram doesn't show is what nut goes on the opposite side to secure the bolt since the subframe isn't threaded. IIRC, Bolt #24 in the picture is the right size. So you need 4 of those as well.
Here is a somewhat easier to read picture :

stupid new honda-tech scaled the image down... Just right click and hit 'view image' to see the whole thing in all of its glory.

on the sway bar kit that i bought, i had to drill out holes on the frame/sub frame to mount it. and the ends bolted to an "L" bracket where the rear shock mounts to the rear control arm. thta's how mine was....

i would imagine the si sway bar fits on an EG chassis, don't think they changed that all too much from model to model. but you may need to drill some holes for the mounts. i could be wrong though. ask around.

Got it at the dealership. They didn't have the 8x18mm so i got the 8x25mm.
They gave me regular nuts with locking washers. Would that be any different then using locking nuts?
