Type r seats question......
Has anyone modified the rails from a set of JDM ITR seats to fit into a civic? (i think a lot of people would have) if so how difficult is it to get them to fit properly? and does anyone have a walkthrough?
thanks

Yes the one that dosn't line up is the one nearest the center console on each side there is a little wobble to make you almost feel unsafe.

Yes, this is correct. I have seen it done and am getting ready to do it myself. But here is what you can do that it all works out properly. Just take the rails off the seats your taking out and put them on the Type R seats. I am swapping si's with ITR's and i am just going to exchange the rails.

Don't listen to the guys who obviously can't read.
Like EricUSC said, you'll need to buy either CTR rails, or buy a set of rails from Recaro.
Do not ghetto rig your seats by using the wrong rails and less than 4 bolts. Loose, wobbly seats can be very unsafe in an accident and are just generally annoying to boot.
