Default Help PLEASE!! Dizzy problems???

'92 Honda Prelude Si 2.3L
Ok the other day I am driving down the highway and my car starts stalling out (like when you redline sorta) and then it just died. I pulled over and there was a burning smell. So my peeps come check it out and the said that maybe it was something with the dizzy. Also I was getting a code 15. So I got a reman dizzy from my job, put it on and it still wouldn't crank. So I replaced wires and plugs because one side (on the cap)of the wires to the coil looked a little rough and it crunk right up.

Now when driving it it cutting out and going up hill is really bad. It almost cuts off. I can't get past 30-35mph. i tried every possible angle at adjusting the dizzy thinking that the timing just might be off a little. I don't know what else to do or look for.
Note: the dizzy that I took off looked like the ignitor? (the black thingy) wires had melted or something and it had oil all in the dizzy so that's why I replaced it.
