i put the rims on...went for a spin...every time i break theres a knocking noise any one know what it can be...i was thinking the rims are to close to the breaks...any ideas?

okay i will roll without the caps, i got another question, i was told they weight about 10lbs and right now i have crx si wheels, how much do u think those weight compared to the miata wheels?
I just made the switch today....88 CRX Si wheels to the Miatas for a little cause they have R compounds on them....lol.
They're deffinately lighter, and .5 inch wider

90-93 was the style above, like the Panasports
94-97 had a 7 spoke wheel that looked like HX's and were 14x6!! Perfect!
The Miata hub is slightly smaller, so the hub of the wheel must be bored out to fit over Honda hubs...or run a 1/4 inch spacer

So if you run spacers you won't need to bore out the centers? Those miata rims look tight. HX or Miata's are a toss up now but maybe miata's since the hx's are hyped up now and way over priced.

I'm running a 1/4 inch H&R spacer up front and you need to grind down just a TAD of the caliper....and it fits perfect! Pics will be up when we-todd-did is up
