Can anyone identify this as an ITR MC/booster for sure?
About to buy this off someone, but I have no frame of reference. Just making 1000% sure that I'm getting what I need. See pic below. Thanks!

Yes it will.
Looks like a 98+ ITR MC to me. I assume the fittings on the other side are both 10mm???
If you need a GSR style - fittings on opposite sides with one being 12mm - my friend has one that is in great shape.
Mark - take a picture of your brake lines right now so I can see them.

either ITR or CTR...as they were the same I believe.
Teg/Civic ones had MC mounting positions like this "/", whereas the ITR/CTR had ones like picture "--"...if you see what I'm saying

The lines up near the MC/BB? Umm.. I don't have a digicam here in the boonies, so that may be a bit of a problem.. What are you looking for?
That pic I posted is of the piece that I bought from another honda-tech person, since the Civic BB/MC was swapped onto the R.. He said it was an ITR one, I was just making sure.. That part won't arrive at my dad's til Thursday, but I'll get him to check the bolts on either side to be 10mm, since I'll be gone by then.
edit: Found this pic on the other thread that might suffice:

I'm going to disagree with Ausmith and say no. The studs on the ITR booster are at 3 and 9 o'clock. The studs on a GSR booster are at 1:30 and 7:30 (top right and bottom left). This prevents mixing and matching of boosters and MC's.
Mark's picture above is definitely an ITR MC/booster.

You are correct - I am incorrect on the GSR rig. Sorry for the confusion.
What you are buying, and what is on the car in that picture both appear to be from an ITR.

Whoa.. Emerika's picture, or my picture of my engine bay?
I thought you had said you put a Civic brake booster on? Did Paul switch it out..?
I'm confused..

Paul must have switched it out. I never installed the Civic MC/booster - I couldn't as the shock tower too far pushed in. In other words I was able to get the ITR unit out, but not able to get the Civic one back in.
hmm.. i was pretty sure that wasn't an ITR booster when I got it back.. I should've got a closer pic of the one currently in the car..
<-- hoping he didn't waste some money on a part he didn't need.. and if he did, why the brakes are so soft..

So far, all 3 pictures in this thread show an ITR M/C B00ster....
Hope that helps...
One can not mount an ITR M/C to a civic/non-ITR integra b00ster, from what I've seen. Like stated above, only the ITR M/C-b00ster combo has the mounting bolts in a horizontal plane....the other ones are slanted...
