FS:Possible LS/Vtec Turbo Setup
Well like the title says, im thinking about selling my complete LS/Vtec setup. I need money for bills/house. So im thinking about selling. The parts that are for sale are the block/head. Im going to keep the tranny so I will be selling the block and head separate but complete.
The block is a Darton Sleeved 97 LS Block Stock 81mm bore:
Darton Iron Ductile Pro Sleeves
Crower Pro Billet Con Rods
Endyn 8.5:1 CR Pistons
92 LS Crankshaft
New Bearings/Piston Rings
Moroso Oil pan
The block has approx. 5000 miles on it. Everything on it is new water pump/oil pump are GSR. It is complete with everything ready to run LS/Vtec Ill even throw in the Oil Lines to the head.
The head is off my 98 GSR. Its got the stock valvetrain and cams. But is p/p by a friend of mine. I will sell it complete minue dizzy.
If you want to buy the complete longblock. I will throw everything in needed to get the motor running minus tranny, harness, ecu, axles etc... of course.
I know how much I want to get for this and am just gauging what people would pay for this. This motor can handle pretty much anything you throw at it. Some people may say LS/Vtec isnt reliable but this motor has worked great for me. No problems what so ever. If you would like more info on who built the motor and specs. Please PM or email me. Im looking for 3500 for the block OBO. But nobody has made any offers. Everyone wants a fully built up block for cheaper then it cost for the damn internals. Not including sleeve installation and everything else. So if your serious throw me some numbers and we can see what we can work out.
