So I am driving into the parking lot of work this morning and it had snowed a few inches of fresh dry powder the night before and the parking lot hadn't been plowed yet.

I haven't worked there long and so I don't know the total layout of the parking lot and its various islands just yet. Well I pull into the lot and the fresh snow made it so depth perception was way off and I couldn't see the corner of the island I was coming up on. Needless to say I ran aground and did this.

I backed up and saw a huge stream of oil on the ground I immediately parked it where it was and shut it off. Just what I needed, now I was going to have to have my dad help me tow it home and work on my car all night instead of going out and doing something.

Luckily I had this just lying around

The car on the left is a 32 model A, and the one on the right is the handbuilt chassis of a 27 model T roadster

 

i love model a's
i share a 29 model a truck with my grandfather in rhode island
we restored it together and that thing liiks awesome
the only thing not original about it is that the paint is black and hunter green and
the cherry strips that we put in the bed of the truck and tires of coarse

man i wish i had a place to store it besides at my grandpa's house
cuz i wanna take it to car shows and the darn thing is 1100 miles away

 

no sympathy because the pics are bigger than godzilla

 

Well I had some sympathy for you but after seeing your pops rides in the garage I think you'll be ok.

 

DAMN JUST A OIL PAN I DID THE SAME THING PUT A 3 IN HOLE IN MY TRANNY HOUSING HD TO PULL IT OFF AND I JUST GOT IT ON TODAY AFTER 6 MONTHS(NO MONEY AND AT COLLEGE) WHERE IS MY SYMPATHY. I EVEN HAD TO LOOK A THE TOPIC TO SPELL SYMPATHY. HOW SAD IS THAT!
