Default 98-01 front end conversion

hey, i drive a 1996 4 door GSR. i finally got into that small accident ive always wanted to get in with the front end. i finally get to put the 98-01 front end on. i searched all over this board, and i called a few places and im still confused. do i have to get anything else other then head lights and the bumper. i have heard i have to get a radiator support, or the core support of something like that. if anyone knows please help me out. thanks alot

here is all i can think of, i am pretty sure this is it..
AEM Type R 3 in intake
skunk2 intake manifold
DC 4-1 with a flat spot near the collector
Test pipe
Apexi world sport cat back
A/C and P/S completly removed from car
CTR Crank Pulley
AEM Alt. pulley
Exedy stage 1 clutch
ACT street light flywheel, 12.5 pound
low milage mint GSR trans, from a 2000 GSR
OBD1 conversion with a skunk2 program
B&M fuel pressure regulator
KYB AGX's on Ground control coilovers
Falken Azenis

i think that is it. i hope that helps. i have a stock throttle body, and my engine had 92000 miles on it when i made that run, as well as a few 14.3's. My passenger side axle broke on run 6 of that night before i could continue to keep trying to work on my 60fts and lower my times. i should easily be able to hit high 13's next season once i put a few more mods on and replace my header with a better flowing one.

Not everyone knows the difference..yes they may be small, but they are huge once its done!

I did the 98 Conversion on my sedan last July (well just the front end anyways) I got some pics to give you a brief idea of what it will look like once its done. The 98+ fronts look way better on the sedan because of their longer bodies. The sharper front facia makes it look proportionate and newer!

94 and 98 front bumpers side by side..(note the yellow emblems came with the bumper, I removed it shortly after I put it on so save the comments )

The car before the conversion....

The car after the conversion

I threw on the ITR lip, got some blades and all reds just for the hell of it

hey dont worry about it, no problems with anything here.

wow that is so amzing. that is exactly like my car right now. i have the blinging spades on my car too. and my car is green too. i especially love how it is a one piece bumper, not that pointless two piece bumper that the 94-97 have. thats so awesome, i cant wait to get my car into the shop. i will definatly post up the pics on this thread when i get it back. im so excited!

how much did you get your front end for? I have a 99 that I will be selling shortly... so it'd be good to know how much to ask for it...

IMO the 94-97 looks freakin' hard

But the 98+ is a nice, clean alternative. It's a good change.
