Will a 96 GSR strut bar fit my 95 RS. Will I need to make any mofications (like drill).

 

All you'll need are 4 short stainless steel bolt and nuts to install the bar. On the top towards the inside part of your shock tower there should be 2 small black plugs on each side that you can just pull off. That is where you'll put the bolts through from the inside of the wheel well. It may be best to jack up the front of the car or take off the front wheels to reach in there. The GSR bar should fit perfectly. I've done it on my friend's '94 or '95 RS. Good luck!
