They are brand new in the box and have never been mounted on a car or had a tire mounted on it.

I dont not own a scale, and i have no weighed these rims, however id venture to guess they were mid 18 lbs for 17x7. They weren't made to be super lightweight race rims, i believe the intent was more for style, therefore you get this awesome mesh look compared to a typical lightweight 5 or 6 spoke design.

15x7 inch rims are usually for performance purposes, and i dont think the mesh style would be the best bet being that it is heavier than a 6 spoke or a 5 spoke.
