Yes there is, the Front JDM bumpers mount about the same as the rears. No Crossmembers so they are extra light weight.

You should able to find the front front any JDM inporter. Password, places like that.

Same as HF. I dont know for sure since I have never seen one.

its the same as the 88-89 HF...

The 90-91 HF has bumper impact supports...

Trust me, if you get into an accedent at 5mph w/o a bumper support, your CRX will get FUCKED UP...

Trust me, I know...

 

If you get into any kinda of accident in a crx. Your car is probley going to get messed up, lol.
