what does compression become when u mate a GSR bottem end with B16A head?

exactly what the topic says, i tried this in the tech section but no luck..
im tryin to convince my friend with an Si to do this swap, i wanted to check to see what compression would become..

stock GSR block, pistons and rods w/ b16 head and stock head gasket it'll be 9.4:1. Great for BOOST! 20psi!
i have been told that its closer to 9.8-1 is there any way to determine? like a formula?

9.4:1 or 9.8:1 any way u cut it it lowers the compression and is good for at least 10 psi..
is a B16A bottem end worth anything to sell after we do the swap?

ask jinxproof if this guy is saying bone head ****. Jinxproof is running 22lbs on a stock motor and ecu, pumping out 11sec timeslips. This was with an inlinepro head gasket that lowers c.r. down to 9.0:1

ok if the correct compression may be 9.4-1 what would a safe boost level be with a walbroh fuel pump 310 injectors vortech sfmu and a VAFC? can this setup hold more boost? or is it just less prone to detonate?
