Default "Integ 1983" is a scammer

Dont buy anything from this guy, i sent him $250 thru paypal...he accepted it and promised to send out my hood. The next day, he said he's sell it to a local person and he will return back my money in 3-5days. That's fucken bullshit so i cussed him out but then agreed to give him time, until now it has been almost 2 weeks already and I still havent seen my money. I reported paypal and they have determined that hes at fault now im tryin to call my credit card company to refund my account and im also tryin to get the police on his ***. Anybody know wut else I should do? any suggestions? I try not resort to street violent on him, if he live in the bay area I would do it myself....here's his info:

Art Pamelar
(619) 829-2851
infamous1se619@hotmail.com

can anybody come up with his address for me? I would appreciate it...he live in the San Diego area

the phone you have provided is his cell phone number or an unlisted alternative number. i have found his home address and home phone number, but a reward for my hard work would be much appreciated .

EDIT: talk about hitting the jackpot; i have pics of him and his car, his age, his specific ethnicity, a generalization of his occupation, his aol/aim screen name, and his homepage. smile, because i know youre happy .

oh, btw; he has a carbon fiber hood now, so he says. i also know of 3 other forums that he is a member of.

Good detective work bro. How the heck did you find a pic of him and his gf?

I hope that you get your money back man, I know how it feels to get scammed as well.

a personal visit wouldnt hurt since you know his home address, but i would bring backup just in case things get a little "hostile". hey, werent you born on april 30, 1983?

pen and paper dont solve problems, people do. personally pay him a visit. there are plenty of ht members that have LOTS of rage against scammers and they would be more than willing to help you out if you gave them like $20 to get your $250 back; heck, i wouldnt be surprised if there was an ht member on here willing to personally help you out who live just 20 miles from this guy.

btw, i just recently spoke with him and it sounds like you arent going to get your money back unless you do something drastic (ie. THIS GUY IS A ****!). i would personally go down there, but you would have to pay from plane tickets and such and that would probably end up costing you more than the $250 you are owed. take my advice: get a local ht member to solve your problem.

I'd do it if I wasn't on formal probation and about to be put on house arrest very soon. That's bs I don't even live in SD I live a good hour away and I'd round up the troops and go down there..

it's on your credit card. cancel the payment. you'll need a police file # and fill out a TON of forms to say that it really is fraud and that you will not pay those charges. you need to inform your credit card/police about it right away.

as for him he's a jerk and he'll get his soon. cancel the payment on your credit card though. it happened to me and because i cancelled the payment i didn't pay for it.
